Returns & Exchanges

At Girls with Gems, we want you to love your purchase, but if an item isn't quite right, we offer returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached and have not been worn, washed, or altered.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Wait for Approval

  Our team will review your request within 24-48 business hours and send a confirmation email with your return authorization number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and use a trackable shipping service to send the parcel back to our Sydney boutique.

• 4.
  Receive Your Credit

  Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a store credit voucher via email, which is valid for 12 months.
